Incentives
Incentives! Few topics debated in the barrel or performance horse industry get as much attention as incentives! We have always maintained that incentives in our opinion, need to work for your own specific program, clients and, horses, but also promote diversity in the industry as a whole. At Treasure State Quarter Horses we feel that we have several incentive programs that do just that. We are proud, and excited to announce that our program will be enrolled in the following national incentives including: The Diamond Classic, Tomorrow’s Legends, Select Stallion Stakes (2023), and Barrel Breeders Incentive. We will also be enrolled in Montana-based incentives including The Glacier Chaser, Monica Gruel Barrel Incentive, and The JJK Who’s Your Daddy barrel race. We are also in the Homegrown Classic for 2023. All of the incentive programs listed above give our clients the opportunity to run at big cash prizes without having to institute big premiums on the prospects that we offer for sale. Over the past 30 years we have always tried to improve our program and it is our opinion going forward that these incentives will help us do that without pricing out our buyers.
THE DIAMOND CLASSIC:
In 2023 ONLY any aged horse sire by Frenchmans Shake Em, Tres My Fame, or First Down Frenchman can be enrolled for a one-time fee of 200.00 this year. Furthermore, any horse that Treasure State Quarter Horses OR Una M Crowley-Ford is listed as the BREEDER also falls into this category. Moving forward nominations will be due September 1 of the 3-year-old year and are a one-time fee of 250.00!!!
TOMORROWS LEGEND:
All foals sired by Frenchmans Shake Em, Tres My Fame and First Down Frenchman are eligible. Enrollment is a one-time fee of 250.00 and due by March 15th of the horse’s yearling year.
SELECT STALLION STAKES:
All foals sired by Frenchmans Shake Em, Tres My Fame, and First Down Frenchman can be enrolled for a one-time fee of 200.00 at any age!!
BARREL BREEDERS INCENTIVE:
All foals sired by Frenchmans Shake Em, Tres My Fame, First Down Frenchman, Perks Status Symbol, and PC Mr Sun Peppy have the opportunity to run a lot of added money in various races throughout MT with no enrollment fee on the owners part. There will be a Stallion Incentive Sidepot to enter. To see a list of races visit the website, you don’t want to leave money at the race you had an opportunity to win.

GLACIER CHASER CLASSIC, THE LUCKY 7 BONUS, MONICA GRUEL RACE, AND THE JJK WHO’S YOUR DADDY RACE:
All foals sired by Frenchmans Shake Em, Tres My Fame, and First Down Frenchman. These are all amazing races that give you the opportunity to run at extra money in the Stallion Incentive Side Pots. Again, there is no enrollment fee for you to pay but simply the entry fee into the side pot at the stated races. Please visit each race’s Facebook page for more information!
HOMEGROWN CLASSIC STALLION INCENTIVE: All foals sired by Frenchmans Shake Em and Tres My Fame are eligible for this Stallion Incentive Sidepot. Again, there is no enrollment fee for the owner but you are responsible for entering the side pot race.
